Disney star Debby Ryan from the Disney Channel Original Series “The Suite Life On Deck” attended the 2010 Creative Arts Fair and Family Day at The Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California on November 7th. The event was in honor of the P.S. Arts “Express Yourself 2010″ mission to improve children's lives through arts education.
