Disney Channel Cancels The Jonas Brothers T.V Show "JONAS L.A"

Bummer! After just two seasons the Disney Channel has decided not to renew the Jonas Brothers’ show “JONAS L.A” Apparently while the show had a lot of viewers (averaging 3.7 million per episode) it wasn’t enough to cut it on the channel. Turns out that the big shows on the network reach between 4 and 7 million viewers per episode.
We had a feeling that the show was going to be canceled though. And not just because of the ratings.
The Jonas Brothers, Nick, Joe and Kevin, have been so busy doing their own things lately that we were wondering if they would even have time to fit in another season of “JONAS.” Joe has been working on new solo music and on television shows while Nick is planning on guest starring on TV shows in the near future and we’re sure we’ll see some new music from him and his band The Administration within the next couple of years. As for Kevin he is recently married and we’re sure he would like to spend some time with his wife Danielle and he has been rumored to want to start a family soon.
While we’re pretty upset that “JONAS L.A.” will not be coming back to the Disney Channel we are excited to see where the Jonas Brothers go in the next year. We can’t wait to see the projects they work on and hear the music they release! What about you?

Jennifer Love Hewwit Developing Comedy For ABC

Actress Jennifer Love Hewitt is developing a new comedy for the ABC television channel. The title is currently “Bad Taste in Men” and the show is set to be about a Chicago woman who is unlucky in love. It is unclear whether or not Jennifer will have an acting role in the series.
We’ll keep you posted when more details about the show are released. Are you excited that Jennifer is coming to ABC even though ABC’s deal with Jennifer’s former show "Ghost Whisper" never seemed to go through?

David Archuleta Performs "Complain" At The Girl Up Pep Rally

David Archuleta took the stage at the recent Girl Up Pep Rally held in Los Angeles, California where he talked about how powerful girls are and how his sisters and his mother have been a huge influence in his own life. He also spoke about how great the cause he was there to support was and he performed his song “Complain” for the crowd. “Complain” is off of David’s most recent album, “The Other Side Of Down,” and it is such a catchy, meaningful song.
We love watching David perform and we love that his songs always sound the same live as they do on his album. It just goes to show how talented the former American Idol contestant really is.

Robert Pattinson Says ‘No’ To Burberry Modeling Gig

Twilight star Robert Pattinson has reportedly shunned an offer to model for Burberry, the venerable British fashion brand and house of accessories. The 24 year-old actor felt it would go against his artistic integrity to turn himself into the face of Burberry.

“Christopher (Bailey, designer for the line) and the Burberry team were desperate to sign Robert as the main person in their new campaign.
“It would grace all their stores worldwide and be in all the best ­publications. They went to ­Robert but he ­immediately, politely, turned them down.
“As far as Robert sees things he’s an actor by trade and that’s his art. He doesn’t want to start becoming a brand or anything.”

The deal would have made Pattinson a reported $1.6 million dollars if he signed on the dotted line and he would’ve joined up with his former Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire costar Emma Watson.
Robert is currently in Brazil with Breaking Dawn costar Kristen Stewart filming the honeymoon scene (see photos of the two here.) The two are scheduled to return to Louisiana to continue work on the final two chapters of The Twilight Saga next week.

Selena Gomez returned to Disneyland in Anaheim, California to tape the 2010 Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade on Sunday morning November 6th. The Wizards of Waverly Place star has been a featured performer for the last three years running and this year she shares the stage with Nick Cannon and Big Bad VooDoo Daddy. One of the songs she is doing for the TV special this year is “Winter Wonderland.”

Robert and Kristen have reportedly been spending a lot of time together between takes and on and off the set. According to an insider, the movie(s) will have more hot, sensual and steamy scenes between Bella and Edward than what is included in the book. HOT!
“The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn” directed by Bill Condon will hit theaters on November 18, 2011 (part I) and November 16, 2012 (part II).

Miley Cyrus performed at the 2010 MTV European Music Awards on November 7th in Madrid, Spain. Miley sang her single “Who Owns My Heart” off of her most recent album “Can’t Be Tamed.”
Miley and her dancers all wore either black or white lace and entertained the live audience as well as everyone watching on television with their fun dance moves and of course Miley’s fantastic vocals.

Miley Cyrus Wants To Spend Time With Her Family On Her Birthday

Miley Cyrus said in a recent interview that she really hopes her entire family can spend time together on her birthday. We hope that for Miley’s sake, and the sake of her 18th birthday on November 23rd, Miley’s parents Tish Cyrus and Billy Ray Cyrus will be able to make this happen. The couple of 17 years recently filed for a divorce citing irreconcilable differences as the reason. However, it has been speculated that Tish may have had a relationship on the side with rocker Bret Michaels who recently collaborated with Miley on a couple of songs. But, both Bret and Tish’s reps have come forward stating that these allegations are not true.

Either way, we hope that Miley will have the perfect 18th birthday and that she will get to spend it however, and wherever, she wants to!

Emma Watson ‘I’m Ready To Take More Risks’

Pink, perky and pixie Emma Watson is featured on the cover of Russia’s Elle Girl for November 2010. This cover is a nice contrast to the two wintery white ones for Vogue UK (see that cover here) and Marie Claire (and this one here.)
Watson is ready to step out of her comfort zone and put more of herself on the line. The Harry Potter actress recently said :-

“Three months ago I cut my hair and at that moment I felt I became a woman,” she said.
“At the moment I’m just happy to be single. I want to live life to the full. But I’m more grown up and confident now. I’m ready to take more risks. I feel less girlish than ever.”

She also says she is happy at Brown University in Rhode Island and isn’t as recognized in the US as she is in the England but does miss Britain.

Justin Bieber ‘My Worlds Acoustic’ Will Prove He Can Sing

Justin Bieber is taking on his critics with his upcoming album My Worlds Acoustic. The teen pop star is ready to show the world he can sing and he doesn’t need Auto-Tune and fancy production implements for his music.

“I really think that I did an acoustic album because there’s a lot of haters out there that say, ‘Justin Bieber can’t sing. His voice is all Auto-Tuned,’ ” he told MTV News at an L.A. signing for his book Justin Bieber: First Step 2 Forever: My Story. “And there’s a lot with production, it kind of drowns out your voice, and it takes away from the singer, over the synths and everything.”

The unplugged album will be released on November 22nd and include “Baby” as well as one original track; Pray, written while he was in Hawaii.

The 17 year-old took over the stage to deliver an exciting performance of her last single “Who Owns My Heart”. Miley came up with a very cool “Angels and Demonds” concept for her performance – the boys dressed in black and the girls in white!

Miley said,-“We actually came up with this concept because I wanted it to kinda be ‘Angels and Demons,’ but it’s not a Tom Hanks reference. It’s [about the idea] that during this world, you’re always going to have temptation; basically that’s kind of the whole vibe.”

The Way Back gets a limited release on December 29th (just in time for Oscar nominations) and goes to more theaters January 21st.
